Refers to transcripts he (Skene) wishes to send to O'Curry and asks him to ‘...ascertain if it is the same as the extract taken from the Book of Ballymote...’. Discusses how the transcripts should be dispatched. Concludes by asking O'Curry to point out any further references to the history of Scotland, the highlanders and the genealogy of their clan that O'Curry may have discovered in the Irish Manuscripts.
