All that and those a plot of ground containing three acres, two roods and ten perches, bounded on the north side by the Railway premises and on the south side by the houses (Mrs Anderson's property) erected on Carey's Road, on the East Side by Mrs Thornhill's holding, and on the west side by the old wall separating the premises in question from the holdings of Samuel Dickson. All of which said demised premises are situate lying and being at Boherbuoy in the Parish of Saint Michael and city of Limerick.
Terms and Conditions:
To have and to hold from 1 August 1911 for the term of 50 years, subject to the payment of a yearly rent of £13 and 5 shillings, and to the condition that the lessees, within the space of 6 months from the date of the execution of the lease, erect or cause to be erected concrete walls to replace the existing two separating the property from the holdings of Mrs Thornhill and Samuel Dickson.
