Document from Mr Daniel O'Connell SJ regarding the history and use of a Plössl telescope, which was in use at Clongowes Wood College SJ. Mr O'Connell was studying at Valenburg aan de Geul, Netherlands at this time, where they had been using a Plössl telescope, so he was able to get information to write this document on the history and use of such a telescope. Enclosed with this document is a handwritten set of notes about packing the instrument.
