Sets out the responsibilities of the trustees of the fund set up to finance the exhibition, which was established to commemorate the services to education of the Very Reverend William Delany SJ LLD, President of University College, Dublin, who had, in 1906, celebrated the attainment of his Golden Jubilee in the Society of Jesus. The trustees are given power over the collection of donations for the fund, for the investment of the fund, and for the awarding of the exhibition to a student from a Jesuit school who obtains the highest aggregate of ‘Honor Marks’ at the first university examination held after his matriculation, provided that his attendance and behaviour are satisfactory.
