Includes letters concerning Fr Joseph Wrafter’s nomination as chaplain to prisoners of war in Holland, a move contested by the Provincial who saw it in effect, as ‘putting him (Fr Wrafter) on the shelf’ (26 December 1917 - 15 January 1918, 3 items).

Included in this file is a rough drawing of the proposed site for the new Chapel.

A file of letters from Fr Joseph Wrafter SJ, Clongowes Wood College SJ to Irish Frs Provincial James Murphy (to 1905), John Conmee (from 1905) and John Fahy SJ (from February 1922). These letters are written by Fr Wrafter to the Irish Fr Provincials on a variety of matters concerning the community and college. Fr Wrafter was at the time the Minister and also a House Consultor. Most are the regular bi-annual letters written to Fr Provincial by House Consultors in each community.
