• Fr. William Delany SJ, University College, St. Stephen’s Green requesting that a separate passbook and chequebooks be established solely for ‘the Kennedy account’, and that no money be drawn unless for the purposes expressed by Mr Kennedy. (8 September 1909);
• Fr Richard O’ Reilly S.J. , St. Stanislaus College, Tullamore detailing the offer of Mr. Joe Corcoran of £500 for the 46 acres of land belonging to the Jesuits adjacent to Tullabeg (3 November 1910) and the legalities involved in the sale of land, trustees and the future of Tullabeg (13 November 1910)

File containing material relating to Sean Noonan's admission to the Society and correspondence with Irish Fr Provincials relating to mission work, the provincial congregation and his final illness.

Correspondence mostly between two sisters and the Irish Fr Provincial concerning the sisters’ efforts to contest the will of their late cousin, Josephine Keshan, decd., 1910, who left the administration of her entire estate to the Society of Jesus. The matter was settled amicably.

Letters and telegrams to the Irish Fr Provincial from Fr Thomas J Martin SJ written while serving as chaplain with the 4th King’s Own Scottish Borders in Alloa, Clackmannonshire and Buckie, Banff, Scotland; with the 155th Infantry Brigade in Scotland; the 12th Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment in Essex, France and Holland and while based in Palace Barracks, Holywood, Northern Ireland. Fr Martin was sent home from Holland as a result of an eye infection and was released from the Army on health grounds at the end of 1945/beginning of 1946.

Letters concerning Fr Thomas Maher's poor health and a ‘bad Police report.’ Fr Maher was chaplain at Halton Park, Tring, England.

A file of letters from William George Ward to Dr Charles Russell concerning his writing and Dr Russell's criticism of same. Refers to Dr Newman's Apologia and to the Dublin Review (7 January 1865, 8pp, 10 January 1865, 3pp and 21 January 1865, 8pp).

Letters and airgraphs to the Irish Fr Provincial from Fr John Hayes SJ written while serving as chaplain attached to 393 Battery, 99th Field Regiment, Royal Artillery; in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire; with 144 Regiment, R.A.C. in Rufford Abbey, Ollerton, Notts., Aldburn Camp, Herts., Minstead and Malwood, Lyndhurst, Hants., Risborough Barracks, Folkestone, Kent; with the 6th Battalion, Royal Welsh Fusiliers, Rye, Sussex and 36th Indian Division in India and Northern Burma. Fr Hayes was made Senior Chaplain (S.C.F. (R.C.) in his division in January 1944. His last communication is a New Years note for 1945 (28 November 1944, 1p.).
